1. Sending Us Your Items

  • Free Shipping Kits: We provide a free prepaid shipping kit. Use it! It’s designed to keep your items safe.

  • Insurance: Your shipment is insured up to a specific limit (contact us for details). If you’re sending high-value items, let us know so we can discuss additional coverage.

  • Ownership: By sending us items, you swear you own them legally and they are not stolen or subject to any liens.

2. Our Testing Process

  • XRF Accuracy: We use Thermo Scientific XRF analyzers for laboratory-level accuracy. We don't guess.

  • Testing Methods: To get an accurate reading, we may need to perform minor "scratch tests" or use specialized acids on the items. By sending your items, you’re giving us permission to test them properly.

3. The Offer & Payment

  • Speed: We’ll give you a fair offer within 24 hours of your items arriving at our facility.

  • Acceptance: If you like the offer, we’ll send your payment via e-check the same or next business day.

  • Declining: If you decline the offer, we’ll mail your items back to you. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.

4. Identity Verification

  • ID Required: Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 43-37) requires us to verify your identity. We require a clear photo of your government-issued ID before any payment is issued.

  • Compliance: We report transactions to local law enforcement as required by law to prevent the sale of stolen goods.
